We are delighted that you are applying to become a partner with Moovn in Seattle! Here is a list of requirements to complete the application process so we can quickly get you Moovn!

STEP 1:  SIGN UP TO DRIVE – Download the Moovn Driver app and sign up to drive or simply click the link to register online.

STEP 2: SCHEDULE A VEHICLE INSPECTION – An important step to make sure your vehicle is safe and ready to pickup riders. Click on the link to schedule an appointment with a city approved mechanic.

STEP 3:  OBTAIN A CITY OF SEATTLE BUSINESS LICENSE – A City of Seattle Business License is required to operate as a TNC driver. Click the link to apply online or you can simply visit their location for quicker same day service.

*STEP 4: COMPLETE A SAFETY TRAINING COURSE – Click the link to complete the Defensive Driving and Safety Test. You will be required to take this exam even after you’ve been activated and are already driving for Moovn in order to remain compliant. Use Access Code MOOVNDDC and your phone number to sign up.

*STEP 5:  TNC ENDORSEMENT & FOR-HIRE LICENSE – Moovn will submit an application for a TNC Endorsement and For-Hire License on your behalf after you are activated and driving on our platform. You will receive a notification from us when your permits are ready for pickup at King County – Records & Licensing Services Division located at 500 Fourth Ave., Suite 411, Seattle, WA 98104. Please be advised that you’re required per regulations to post the TNC Decals and Trade Dress on the front windshield of your vehicle as well as carry your For-Hire license at all times when operating on our platform or you could be subject to citation or fines.



A member of our Partner Support Team will reach out to you as soon as your application is verified to provide you with a brief orientation, answer any questions as well as communicate next steps.

* STEPS 4 & 5 –  Are required to be completed within 30 days after being activated on our platform. Please complete these steps as soon as you can to avoid deactivation.
